采用晶种生长技术研究了膦酸盐的阻垢能力,有几种膦酸衍生物在碳酸钙的过饱和溶液中可极大地降低碳酸钙晶种的生长速度,其作用机理与封闭晶种表面活性点位有关,试验结果表明,膦酸盐衍生物具有优良的阻垢性能。
The effect of scale inhibition of phosphonate was studied by using seed growth technology. Several phosphonic acid derivatives could greatly reduce the growth rate of calcium carbonate seeds in supersaturated solution of calcium carbonate. The mechanism of action is similar to that of closed seeds Active sites, the test results show that the phosphonate derivatives have excellent scale inhibition performance.
