患儿,女性,14天。生后少哭多睡,吸奶困难14天伴发绀20小时于1987年2月5日入院。患儿为三胎三产、足月顺产,生后发现患儿哭声低微、多睡少哭、不会吸奶,只能饮少许糖水。入院前20小时发绀,不哭而送本院。以新生儿肺炎、呼衰收入院、生后无发热、呕吐、抽搐、黄疸等病史。父母及两个姐姐均健康。体格检查:体温不升,呼吸30次,心率100次,体重2800g。反应低下,打针不哭。吸氧下发绀不明显,呼吸不规则,时有呼吸暂停及抽泣样呼吸。皮肤无花纹,皮肤粘膜无黄染,无鼻扇及三凹征,
