本实验用20~21天龄幼年雌性大鼠,电损毁双侧缰核(Hb),饲养4周后,血中促黄体激素(LH)浓率明显增高,其卵巢重量、子宫增重数及阴道开口率明显增加。提示,Hb在参与调节生殖活动时,可能是与抑制幼年雌性大鼠生殖器官发育有关。
In this experiment, 20 ~ 21-day-old female rats were electrically injured bilateral habenula (Hb), fed 4 weeks after the blood luteinizing hormone (LH) significantly increased the concentration of ovarian weight, uterine weight gain and Vaginal opening rate increased significantly. Tip, Hb involved in the regulation of reproductive activities, may be related to the inhibition of reproductive organs in juvenile female rats development.
