在确定维生素A需要量时,常因所采用的指标不同而所得的结果差别很大。有人认为血液中维生素A的含量是一个较好的指标。但也有人认为它并不经常反映机体的维生素A营养状况。考虑到在评定人体维生素A营养状况时只有血中维生素A的含量是一个比较切实可行的指标,因此本试验用大白鼠做试验,饲以不同剂量的维生素A,观察其生长、血及肝中维生素A含量以及各有关组织的病理变化,藉以了解
