中国企业管理协会于1982年5月23日至29日,在江苏省无锡市,召开了厂长经验交流会。来自全国20个省、市的43名厂长和有关专家学者参加了会议。江苏省和无锡市另选了53名厂长参加了交流会。会议结合贯彻厂长条例,就怎样当好社会主义企业的厂长问题,进行了交流与探讨。参加会议的厂长,多数在企业里工作了二、三十年,其中有22位厂长所在的企业荣获了1981年中国企业管理协会企业管理优秀奖。他们积累了大量的丰富经验。尤其可贵
From 23 to 29 May 1982, the China Association of Enterprise Management held an experience exchange meeting for factory managers in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. 43 directors and experts and scholars from 20 provinces and cities across the country attended the meeting. An additional 53 directors from Jiangsu Province and Wuxi City attended the exchange meeting. In conjunction with the implementation of the director’s regulations, the meeting conducted exchanges and discussions on how to become a manager of a socialist enterprise. Most of the directors who attended the conference had worked in the company for two to three decades. Among them, 22 of the directors of the company were awarded the Enterprise Management Excellence Award of the China Enterprise Management Association in 1981.
