本文分析了我院近3年来收治的45例急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)合并多系统脏器衰竭(MSOF)患者的临床资料。讨论影响这类病例愈后的各种因素和防治体会。材料与方法:45例中、男25例,女20例。年龄18～77岁。全部均为肾实质性ARF。MSOF诊断标准是指ARF合并1个或1个以上其他系统脏器如肺、心、肝和胃肠道功能衰竭(按各脏器衰竭标准)者。并分为高分解与低分解代谢型,分别采用透析(HD)
This article analyzes the clinical data of 45 patients with acute renal failure (ARF) and multiple system organ failure (MSOF) admitted to our hospital in the recent 3 years. Discuss the impact of such cases after the various factors and prevention and treatment experience. Materials and methods: 45 cases, 25 males and 20 females. Age 18 ~ 77 years old. All were renal parenchymal ARF. MSOF diagnostic criteria refers to ARF combined with one or more other organs such as lung, heart, liver and gastrointestinal failure (according to the standard of organ failure). And divided into high decomposition and low catabolism, respectively, using dialysis (HD)
