本文结合疗养院建设特点，提出了疗养院在适应部队卫生需求，实施预防、医疗、保健一体化中，着重应从适应医学模式转变和大卫生观的要求认识其重要意义；通过健全组织，建立制度，切实加强领导；努力完善各项具体措施，保证卫生服务的三项基本功能落到实处。
Based on the characteristics of sanitarium construction, this paper puts forward that sanitarium should recognize its importance in adapting to the troop health requirements, implementing prevention, medical care and health care integration. It should focus on adapting to the requirements of medical model and grand hygiene outlook. Strengthen leadership; strive to perfect various concrete measures to ensure that the three basic functions of health services are implemented.
