本文报道了以聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)悬浮液为化学改进剂 ,采用悬浮体进样电热蒸发电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法 (ETV- ICP- AES)直接同时测定琥珀样品中痕量元素的新方法。对石墨炉和 ICP之间的气体流路接口进行了改进 ;详细研究了载气 /辅助载气流量、蒸发温度、蒸发时间及信号记录时间等因素对待测物信号强度的影响。在优化实验条件下 ,本法同时测定琥珀试样中痕量 Al、Ca、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、Ti、V、Zn和 Zr的溶液检出限在 0 .32~ 2 2 .5ng/ m L范围 ,相对标准偏差在 2 .6%~ 6.2 %之间。本法已成功地用于琥珀试样中上述元素的同时测定 ,并与气动雾化进样分析结果进行了比较 ,结果基本吻合
This paper reports the direct and simultaneous determination of trace elements in amber samples by using polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) suspension as chemical modifier and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ETV-ICP-AES) new method. The gas flow path interface between graphite furnace and ICP was improved. The effects of carrier gas / auxiliary carrier gas flow rate, evaporation temperature, evaporation time and signal recording time on the signal intensity of analyte were studied in detail. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the detection limit of trace Al, Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, Ti, V, Zn and Zr in the amber sample was 0.32 ~ 2 2 .5ng / m L range, the relative standard deviation of 2.6% ~ 6.2%. This method has been successfully used for the simultaneous determination of the above elements in amber samples and compared with the aerosol injection analysis results, the results are basically consistent
