5月24日,内蒙古自治区人民政府连辑副主席主持召开政府专题会议,审查由内蒙古自治区质量技术监督局所属内蒙古自治区石油化学工业检验测试所代自治区政府起草的《内蒙古自治区石油和化工建设工程质量监督管理办法》(以下简称《管理办法》)。自治区人民政府孙惠民副秘书长,自治区质量技术监督局、发展和改革委、经济和信息化委、住房和城乡建设厅、财政厅、科技厅、法制办、安全生产监督管理局、环保局、档案局、消防总队的领导参加了会议。《管理办法》是针对目前自治区石油和化工产业大规模集群建设,石油化工项目快速增加的现状,作为保障石油和化工产业又好又快发展的一项重要工作
On May 24, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People’s Government even the Vice Chairman presided over a government special session to review the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Quality and Technical Supervision owned by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Petrochemical Industry Test Test Autonomous Regional Government drafted the “Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of petroleum and chemical construction quality Supervision and Management Measures ”(hereinafter referred to as the“ Administrative Measures ”). The “Administrative Measures” is aiming at the current situation of large-scale cluster construction of petroleum and chemical industry in the autonomous region and the rapid increase of petrochemical projects as an important work to ensure the sound and rapid development of petroleum and chemical industry
