指出文化传承是图书馆产生的原因,是图书馆存在的基础,是图书馆首要的职能。为了在信息社会发挥图书馆的优势,必须从这三个方面进一步加强图书馆的文化传承职能。
It points out that the cultural inheritance is the reason of the library, the foundation of the existence of the library and the primary function of the library. In order to give play to the advantages of libraries in the information society, we must further strengthen the library’s cultural heritage from these three aspects.
