作业是实施素质教育、进行课程改革的重要载体,作业设计质量的高低,体现了教师的教学基本功,也直接影响着教学质量的高低。但是,当前小学教师作业设计中还存在许多薄弱环节。笔者曾在吴忠市红寺堡区164位小学语文教师中做了一次关于作业设计问题的问卷调查。通过对问巷的分析,笔者发现,小学语文作业设计中普遍存在“五多五少”的问题:书面作业多、口头作业少;知识巩固性作业较多,应用实践性作业少;重复机械性作业多,动手操作作业少;硬性统一作业多,自主选择性作业少;作业现成内容多,教师自编内容少。针对以上问题,
