小班幼儿入园后,都要经过一段适应期。一般来说,除了极个别幼儿,多数幼儿在半个月至一个月的时间内,都能适应幼儿园的生活。因有个体差异,每个幼儿的适应期长短不一,行为表现也有不同。有的幼儿入园伊始就情绪稳定,很快就能适应,从来没有出现哭闹现象,但多数幼儿都会有不同程度的哭闹现象,幼儿一系列不同的反应导致教师无法正常地组织集体活动。对于小班幼儿入园适应期的问题,
