构建和谐社会,最主要的是使各种社会关系稳定与协调。劳动关系是重要的基本的社会关系,从一定意义说,劳动关系是现代社会是否和谐的风向标、晴雨表,直接涉及广大职工群众的切身利益。构建和谐劳动关系,既是我们国家构建和谐社会的重大课题,也是构建和谐企业的最佳途径,更是推动企业又好又快发展的一项十分紧迫而意义重大的任务。
The most important thing in building a harmonious society is to stabilize and coordinate various social relations. Labor relations are important basic social relations.
