目的观察酮替芬联合茶碱缓释片治疗上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法选临床诊断为上呼吸道感染经常规抗感染、止咳治疗后咳嗽症状不能减轻的60例分为3组,A组采用酮替芬联合茶碱缓释片治疗,B组采用抗生素治疗,C组(A+B)组联合治疗,疗程共7～10d,观察3组疗效。结果A组有效率达85.0%,B组有效率达55.0%,C组有效率达90.0%。结论酮替芬联合茶碱缓释片治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽,临床疗效显著,明显改善咳嗽症状。
Objective To observe the efficacy of ketotifen combined with theophylline sustained release tablets in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection. Methods The clinical diagnosis of upper respiratory tract infection by routine anti-infection, cough symptoms can not be relieved after the treatment of 60 cases were divided into three groups, A group with ketotifen combined with theophylline sustained release tablets, B group with antibiotics, C group (A + B) combined treatment group, a total of 7 ~ 10d, observed the efficacy of three groups. Results The effective rate was 85.0% in group A, 55.0% in group B, and 90.0% in group C. Conclusion Ketotifen combined with theophylline sustained release tablets cough after upper respiratory tract infection, the clinical efficacy was significantly improved cough symptoms.
