俄语教学同其它学科一样,是师生共同活动的过程,是教育者和受教育者共同的双边活动,师生同为教学主体,外语教学质量高低取决于教师和学生,教学内容和教学方法等因素综合作用的结果。但在诸多因素中,学生是内因,内因起着决定性作用,因此在教学全过程中正确理解和正确处理师生关系,调动师生双方的积极性对保证和稳步提高教学质量是十分重要的。
