In our hospital from January 1997 to January 1999 5 cases of domestic ZL-50 3 type hydraulic lithotripsy emergency line extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) treatment of posterior urethral calculus and acute urinary retention in 29 cases, Satisfactory results, the report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 29 cases of this group, both men, aged 2 to 60 years, mean 46.2 years.
