目的 :探讨组织蛋白酶 D(CD)的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌 (BTCC)的生物学行为之间的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学 ABC法对 33例 BTCC及 12例正常膀胱组织中 CD抗原进行检测。结果 :正常膀胱组织移行细胞均呈弱阳性表达 ,BTCC肿瘤细胞中 -强阳性表达率为 48.48% ,显著高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,且在不同病理分级与临床分期、单发与多发、初发与复发之间均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CD表达与 BTCC生物学特性密切相关 ;CD通过降解天然屏障在肿瘤浸润转移过程中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of cathepsin D (CD) and the biological behavior of bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC). Methods: Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect CD antigen in 33 cases of BTCC and 12 cases of normal bladder tissue. Results: The positive expression of transitional cell in normal bladder tissue was weakly positive. The positive rate of BTCC in BTCC was 48.48%, which was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (P <0.05). In different pathological grades and clinical stage, Single and multiple, between the initial and recurrence were significant differences (P <0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of CD is closely related to the biological characteristics of BTCC. CD plays an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis by degrading natural barrier.
