本实验观察研究药物对狗正常输尿管动力学和肌电活动的影响。结果表明:去甲肾上腺素对上尿路平滑肌有兴奋作用;异搏定可使输尿管平滑肌电活动和机械活动明显减弱,前列腺素E能增强输尿管活动;消炎痛可抑制内源性前列腺素合成,对输尿管平滑肌有松弛作用。
