实施物资集约化管理是国家电网公司“三集五大”战略方针的重要组成部分,近年来,为了适应社会经济的发展,电网建设投入巨大,供电企业资产规模大幅增加,而县级公司受制于检测设备及质量监督技术有限,对入网物资的质量监督有待强化。国网浙江桐庐县供电公司物流服务中心就如何利用有限的技术手段、资金、经验和物资管理人员,摸索出了“三点一线”式的质量监督管理模式,有效地加强了对公司入网物资质量的监督,提升了入网物资及产品质量。
