目的 比较脊柱多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与单层螺旋CT(SSCT)图像质量的差异 ,探讨MSCT在脊柱病变检查中的应用价值。材料与方法 选择分别行MSCT和SSCT扫描的腰椎退行性病变者各 10例进行图像质量比较。应用LightSpeedQX/i型MSCT检查和诊断 3 1例脊椎病者。结果 在相同扫描条件下 ,腰椎MSCT图像质量明显优于SSCT ,MSCT所需扫描时间明显短于SSCT(均为P <0 .0 5 )。MSCT可为 3 1例脊椎病患者的临床诊断提供更多信息。结论 MSCT在脊柱病变检查中具有明显优势。
Objective To compare the differences of image quality between multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) and single-slice spiral CT (SSCT) and to explore the value of MSCT in the diagnosis of spinal lesions. Materials and Methods: Ten patients with lumbar degenerative lesions were selected for MSCT and SSCT respectively for image quality comparison. 31 patients with spondylosis were examined and diagnosed using the LightSpeedQX / i MSCT. Results Under the same scanning conditions, MSCT image quality of lumbar spine was significantly better than that of SSCT. The scan time of MSCT was shorter than that of SSCT (all P <0.05). MSCT can provide more information on the clinical diagnosis of 31 patients with vertebral disease. Conclusion MSCT has obvious advantages in the examination of spinal lesions.
