日前,天津市政府批转了市绿化办《关于加快我市绿化若干问题的意见》,其中对保证绿化用地提出了重要举措。 (一)2000年底以前,原则上停止批准征用占用林地,冻结各类林木采伐。国家和本市重大项目需征用林地的要经林业主管部门审核,报国务院批准;征用占用绿地的,要经园林行政主管部门审批。征占用林地绿地要按有关法规,足额交纳绿地补偿费和植被恢复费。 (二)对新建、扩建、改建项目的绿化用地,必须达到国务院、天津市规定的绿化用地标准。达不到标准的,要交纳易地补建
Recently, the Tianjin Municipal Government approved the Municipal Greening Office “Opinions on Some Problems in Accelerating the Afforestation of Our City”, in which important measures were put forward to ensure the greening land.
