目的建立工作场所空气中尿素粉尘的检测方法。方法工作场所空气中的尿素粉尘经测尘滤膜采集、水洗脱后,酸性条件下,尿素与对二甲氨基苯甲醛(PDAB)反应生成黄色化合物,在440 nm波长下比色测定。结果方法在0~200.00 mg/L有良好线性关系,检出限为5.68 mg/L,空气中最低检出质量浓度为0.47 mg/m3(以采样体积300 L计算),精密度为1.04%~1.77%,洗脱效率为102.9%~115.2%。结论该方法各项指标均符合W S/T 73—1996《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研究规范》要求,适用于工作场所空气中尿素粉尘的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the detection of urea dust in the air of workplace. Methods Urea dust in the air of the workplace was collected by a dust filter and washed with water. Under acidic conditions, the urea reacted with p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde (PDAB) to form a yellow compound and the colorimetric determination was performed at a wavelength of 440 nm. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 0-200.00 mg / L, with a detection limit of 5.68 mg / L and a minimum detectable concentration of 0.47 mg / m3 in the air (calculated at a sampling volume of 300 L) with a precision of 1.04% 1.77%, the elution efficiency was 102.9% ~ 115.2%. Conclusion The method of the indicators are in line with W S / T 73-1996 “workplace air poisoning test methods for research” requirements, applicable to the determination of urea in the workplace air.
