为了解某部调味品中重金属的污染状况。本研究对某部单位食堂送检的63份样本进行检测。以微波消解系统处理调味品样本,采用原子荧光法检测铅、砷的含量,并与国家标准对比。检测结果显示,铅检出率为73.02%,超标率为3.17%,未检出和检出值在25%标准限值内的51份,占总数的80.95%;砷检出率为61.9%,超标率为1.59%,未检出和检出值在25%标准限值内的57份,占总数的90.48%。研究显示某部调味品铅、砷污染程度轻,但污染范围较广。
To understand the pollution status of heavy metals in a condiment. In this study, 63 samples from a unit canteen were tested. Samples of condiments were processed by microwave digestion system. The contents of lead and arsenic were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry and compared with national standards. The test results showed that the detection rate of lead was 73.02% and the rate of over standard rate was 3.17%. 51 samples were detected and detected within 25% of the standard limits, accounting for 80.95% of the total; the detection rate of arsenic was 61.9% Exceeded the rate of 1.59%, not detected and detected value of 25% within the standard limits of 57, accounting for 90.48% of the total.
