轮胎全息探伤用银盐片需湿法显定影,效率低,无法现场观察。一张胶片只能写入一次图像,易漏检。用光塑片记录,配上工业电视实时观察,立即可确定轮胎内部的均匀性,存在缺陷的位置、大小、深度。并可选用几个加载实时观察各层缺陷。大大提高了检测灵敏度和可靠性。 最近我们对光塑片在轮胎上的应用进行了工作。实验目的是判断国产光塑片配合工业电视,能否检查出轮胎内部缺陷。
