信息触角正在不知不觉地伸向社会生活的各个角落，求索知识信息已成为社会新风。在市场经济条件下，知识对发展社会生产力、培养科技人才有着巨大的现实意义。因此，图书馆工作人员增强信息意识，发挥信息功能，推动文化与经济的有机结合，是责无旁贷的任务，应成为名副其实的传播知识信息的文明使者，在图书馆职业生涯中实现自己辉煌的人生价值。
Information tentacles are unknowingly extending to every corner of social life, searching for knowledge and information has become a new source of society. Under the conditions of market economy, knowledge has great practical significance for developing social productive forces and cultivating scientific and technological talents. Therefore, it is duty-bound task for library staff to enhance their awareness of information, the function of information, and the organic combination of culture and economy. They should become veritable ambassadors for the dissemination of knowledge and information and realize their brilliant life value in their career as a librarian .
