校长是一个学校行政工作、教学工作、后勤工作的主要负责人,是一个学校的法人代表,承担着各种各样的角色。可谓是平时的工作多而且复杂。一些校长在平时的工作中感觉力不从心,难以应对。这些校长主要的表现是所有的工作都不肯放手,每一件工作都要亲自过问,显得对下属和同事极其的不放心。最后导致什么工作都要抓,什么工作都抓不明白。笔者作为一名小学的校长在这一职位已经工作多年,下面将自己在管理方面的心得与各位同仁分享一番。
The principal is a principal in charge of school administration, teaching and logistics, and is the legal representative of a school that assumes a wide variety of roles. Can be described as the usual multi-task and complex. Some principals feel powerless in their usual work and can not cope with it. The principal performance of these principals is that all their work is unwilling to let go. Every piece of work must be personally interpellated, and it seems extremely uncomfortable to their subordinates and colleagues.
