看报载《戏剧报》举办“梅花奖”评选活动消息,我对其中一段颇感新鲜:“评委会提出,在这次评选中,不照顾剧院剧团,不照顾剧种,不照顾地区,不照顾名演员,不照顾行当。”这五个不照顾提得好!若真能这样做,肯定能把一九八三年度首都舞台上优秀的中青年演员评选出来。搞评选活动本来是为了推动表演艺术的发展,多出、快出人材。只有真正评出优中之优,令人服气,才能起到示范的作用,达到评奖的目的。可是,以往有些评奖却不是这样,评委会不是根据候选人的条件
