患者女性,24岁,头胎孕27周,因腹胀腰酸一个月、加重4天于1996年7月8日入院。产科检查:血压15/11kPa,体重60kg,宫高33cm,腹围86cm,胎心音遥远130/分,胎位摸不清,子宫大于妊娠月份。超声检查:二维图像示宫内单胎,孕6~+月大小,臀位,胎心搏动规律,胎头、脊柱、四肢及内脏未见畸形,羊水平均深度120mm。胎盘位于宫体前壁,厚3.5cm,在胎盘下部胎儿面向羊膜腔突出,一大小为7.9×6.6×6.5cm~3圆形肿块(见图1)。其表面光滑,块内呈稍增强的不均匀回声,基底与正常胎盘组织相连但分界
