随着我国教育事业的不断改革和发展,一些中职院校在教学过程中出现一些问题,特别是在英语分层教学过程中,学生之间存在的差异性,在一定程度上对教学活动造成了影响和限制.因此,教师在之后的教学过程中需要重点关注学生之间存在的差异性,采用分层方式来设计教学活动,密切关注学生的学习情况,才能够设计出更加符合学生情况的教学活动方案,这样不仅可以有效地提高学生的学习效率和质量,同时还可以在一定程度上提高学生对英语这门课程的兴趣.从学生差异的角度进行分层教学活动设计为中心而展开讨论和分析.
