目的:观察电子支气管镜下氩气刀治疗气道腔内肿瘤的临床效果。方法:使用德国ERBE公司的300型氩气刀经支气管镜治疗气道肿瘤患者16例,以气道狭窄再通、气促评分及咯血缓解情况为评价疗效的依据。结果:16例患者共行氩气刀治疗28次,完全有效8例,部分有效3例,轻度有效4例,无效1例。结论:电子支气管镜下氩气刀治疗气道腔内肿瘤安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electronic bronchoscope argon knife in the treatment of airway tumors. Methods: Sixteen patients with bronchial neoplasm were treated with ERBE 300 type argon knife by German ERBE Company. Airway stenosis recanalization, shortness of breath score and hemoptysis were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results: 16 patients were treated with argon knife 28 times, totally effective in 8 cases, partially effective in 3 cases, mild effective in 4 cases and ineffective in 1 case. Conclusion: The electronic bronchoscope argon knife treatment of airway tumor safety, effective, worthy of clinical application.
