目前轨道交通在人们的日常出行中扮演着非常重要的角色,为人们提供高质量的信息服务已成为轨道交通行业发展的重要的方向。特别是随着现代信息技术的发展,如何利用信息技术来提升轨道交通行业的服务质量已成为交通部门必须认真考虑课题之一。本文针对当前轨道交通的构成部分以及相应的信息原理,设计一套基于信息服务体系的优化策略。
At present, rail transit plays a very important role in people’s daily travel. Providing high-quality information services to people has become an important direction for the development of rail transit industry. Especially with the development of modern information technology, how to use information technology to improve the service quality of the rail transit industry has become one of the topics that the transportation department must seriously consider. In this paper, according to the current part of rail transit and the corresponding information principle, a set of optimization strategy based on information service system is designed.
