经国务院关税税则委员会第十次全体会议审议通过,并报国务院批准,《2013年关税实施方案》(以下简称《方案》)自2013年1月1日起实施。为适应经济社会发展、科学技术进步、加强进出口管理及应对国际贸易争端的需要,根据《方案》,自2013年1月1日起,我国将对进出口税则中部分税目进行调整,增列生物杀虫剂、硒化氢等税目,调整后,我国2013年进出口税目总数由2012年的8194个增至8238个。

After adjustment, the total import and export tax items in 2013 increased from 8,194 in 2012 to 8,238.
