The first snow quietly fall in people’s sleepy early in the morning, Beijing also ushered in the coldest day of the early winter season. But in many people who bear witness and bear in mind a story of art and friendship, that day is a day when people feel exceptionally warm - two decades ago, the world famous German collector Peter Luther Vichy and Irena Ludwig couple donated a total of 117 collections of international art they own to the Chinese government for free and are permanently collected by the National Art Museum of China.
