目的:筛选超临界CO2流体萃取椒目油的最佳工艺条件。方法:以椒目中α?亚麻酸的含量和椒目油萃取得率为考察指标,用正交设计法优选椒目超临界CO2流体萃取最佳工艺条件。结果:萃取温度、萃取压力两因素对综合评价值有极显著影响(P<0.01),而分离釜Ⅰ温度、分离釜Ⅱ温度无显著性影响(P>0.05),优选的萃取条件为萃取温度45℃,萃取压力35MPa,分离釜Ⅰ温度35℃,分离釜Ⅱ温度30℃。结论:优化的萃取工艺稳定、可行。
Objective: To screen the optimum technological conditions of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of pepper oil. Methods: The content of α-linolenic acid and the extraction rate of pepper oil were used as indexes to study the optimum extraction conditions of the supercritical CO2 fluid by using orthogonal design. Results: The extraction temperature and extraction pressure had a significant effect on the comprehensive evaluation (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between the temperature of the separation kettle I and the temperature of the separation kettle Ⅱ (P> 0.05). The optimal extraction conditions were the extraction temperature 45 ℃, extraction pressure 35MPa, the temperature of the separation kettle Ⅰ 35 ℃, the temperature of the separation kettle Ⅱ 30 ℃. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible.
