目的对一钴-60治疗机房改建成6MV加速器治疗机房进行分析,提出合理的改建工程方案,为建设单位改建施工提供参考。并对改建后的加速器治疗机房辐射防护效果进行监测,验证改建工程方案的可行性。方法根据拟购置加速器的主要技术指标和原钴-60治疗机房的设计参数,综合考虑各种因素,通过理论计算方法,得出改建后加速器机房的墙体、顶、防护门的厚度数据和参考点剂量率;在治疗状态下,监测加速器机房外工作场所和周围环境参考点的剂量率,评价改建工程方案的合理性。结果改建工程设计方案比较理想,改建后加速器机房外工作场所和周围环境各参考点的剂量率符合国家标准要求。结论对于具体的改建工程,结合加速器性能指标和周围环境、工作场所的具体因素,采取合理的屏蔽措施,改建后的加速器机房防护效果能达到国家相关标准的要求。
Objective To analyze the conversion of a Cobalt-60 treatment room into a 6MV accelerator treatment room and propose a reasonable rebuilding project to provide a reference for reconstruction of the construction unit. And monitor the radiation protection effect of the reconstructed accelerator treatment room to verify the feasibility of the reconstruction project. Methods Based on the main technical indexes of the proposed accelerator and the design parameters of the original cobalt-60 treatment room, the thickness data of the wall, top and protective gates of the engine room after rebuilding were obtained through theoretical calculation and the reference Point dose rate; under the treatment state, the dose rate of the accelerator room outside the work place and the surrounding environment reference point is monitored, and the rationality of the rebuilding project plan is evaluated. Results The reconstruction project was ideal, and the dose rate of each reference point outside the accelerator room and the surrounding environment after rebuilding conformed to the national standard. Conclusion For the specific reconstruction project, combined with the accelerator performance indicators and the surrounding environment, workplace specific factors, to take reasonable shielding measures, after rebuilding the accelerator room protection effect can meet the requirements of national standards.
