利用共价偶联剂 SPDP将纯化的变形链球菌表面蛋白抗原 P1与霍乱毒素 B亚单位 (CTB)或前霍乱原类毒素 (PCG)分别进行偶联并进行偶联效果鉴定 ,以获取更为有效的防龋抗原。结果 :所得偶联物 P1- PCG,P1- CTB同时具有与神经节苷脂 GM1特异结合的特点 ,又具有 P1的免疫特性 ,为进一步进行免疫防龋实验提供了有效的抗原。
Purified S. mutans surface protein antigen P1 and cholera toxin B subunit (CTB) or pro-toxoplasma toxoid (PCG) were respectively coupled by the covalent coupling agent SPDP and the coupling effect was identified to obtain more Effective anti-caries antigens.
