目的:探讨益母草胶囊联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的临床疗效及护理干预要点。方法:选取2012年12月-2015年7月在我院行剖宫产的88例产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用缩宫素治疗,治疗组采用益母草胶囊联合缩宫素治疗,两组均采用综合护理干预。结果:治疗组产后大出血发生率,产后30 min、2 h和24 h的出血量,子宫收缩良好率,总有效率均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益母草胶囊联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血临床疗效显著,可减少出血量,促进子宫恢复,且安全性高。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Motherwort Capsules combined with oxytocin in preventing bleeding after cesarean section and the main points of nursing intervention. Methods: 88 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from December 2012 to July 2015 were selected as randomized control subjects and treatment groups. The control group was treated with oxytocin. The treatment group Combination of Motherwort capsules and oxytocin treatment, two groups were used comprehensive nursing intervention. Results: The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum 30 min, 2 h and 24 h bleeding volume, good rate of uterine contractions and total effective rate were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Combination of Motherwort Capsules and oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section has significant clinical curative effect, which can reduce the amount of bleeding and promote the recovery of uterus with high safety.
