用Cu(27-35)Zn-(1.8-2.5)Al记忆合金制作管接头。研究了合金成分设计、热处理工艺对记忆效应的影响及扩管装配接管性能。该管接头已实船安装使用,效果良好。

The pipe joint was made of Cu (27-35) Zn- (1.8-2.5) Al memory alloy. The effects of the alloy composition design, heat treatment process on the memory effect and the performance of pipe expansion assembly were studied. The pipe fittings have been installed on the ship, the effect is good.
