张基尧透露,今后几年我国水利建设投资总额将达4000亿元,其中长江流域投资1200亿元,黄河流域投资1300亿元。
Zhang Jiyi disclosed that in the next few years, the total investment in water conservancy construction in China will reach 400 billion yuan, of which the Yangtze River Basin will invest 120 billion yuan, and the Yellow River Basin will invest 130 billion yuan.
