随着改革的深化,企业必将走向市场。由于公安行为属于国家行政行为和司法行为,如此一来,传统的旧体制下形成的企业保卫工作模式遇到了新情况和新问题,亟待作出相应的改革。目前,企业保卫工作的改革已成为公安机关面临的重要课题,也是企业家们关注的热点,而首要的问题莫过于解决观念和认识上的差异。本期本栏发表的二篇文章在这方面作了些有益的探讨,关注这一问题的读者或许能从中得到启发。
With the deepening of reform, enterprises will surely go to the market. As the public security acts belong to the state administrative acts and judicial acts, as a result, the enterprise security work models formed under the traditional old system encounter new situations and new problems, and corresponding reforms are urgently needed. At present, the reform of enterprise security work has become an important issue for public security organs and also a hot spot for entrepreneurs. The primary issue is to solve the differences in concepts and understandings. Two articles published in this column have made some useful discussions in this regard, and readers who are concerned about this issue may find inspiration in this regard.
