中国老年长期护理保险,存在有单一指标和综合指标两种评估体系.哪种体系更适合中国国情、效果更好?这牵涉到改革的方向和路径,亦是改革和新体系构建的首要问题.借鉴国际社会经验并结合我国实际情况,提出多指标综合评估体系应是改革的方向和目标.本文试图沿着这样的思路来助力改革,探索老年长期护理保险新评估体系的确立和理论支撑.
