众所周知,21世纪人类社会将会趋于全球一体化和文化多元化的态势。全球一体化是人类科技、交通、信息网络及经济发展的必然,音乐多元化则来自于人类在不同的生存空间聚合方式适应性的进一步扩展。因此,当今任何学科的发展,放弃全球观察的视野、孤立地谈自己的发展,或脱离自身文化传统去谈发展都是难以面向未来的。据此,我们需要建立一种全球音乐文化,以发展的思维方式,来考虑音乐教育学科研究的发展。这可以从两个重要方面来谈及:
It is well known that in the 21st century, human society will tend to be globalized and culturally diverse. Global integration is an inevitable result of human science and technology, transportation, information networks and economic development. Music pluralism comes from the further expansion of the adaptability of human aggregation in different living spaces. Therefore, the development of any discipline today, the abandonment of global observation, the development of one’s own in isolation, or the development of one’s own culture and tradition can hardly be future-proof. Accordingly, we need to establish a global music culture, with the development of ways of thinking, to consider the development of music education disciplines. This can be mentioned in two important ways:
