一些病人去医院看病,医生除了开药,还嘱咐他们适当运动运动。可是运动既不是吃药打针,又不是什么滋补营养品,为什么医生特别推荐它呢?这是因为: 通过运动能调动机体的内部潜力,增强机体的抵抗力,防止发生并发症。 有些慢性病患者,往往缺乏必要的体力活动,从而给身体带来不良后果。长期卧床休息,不仅会引起精神不振,各种组织器官的生理功能还会逐渐减退,具体表现为呼吸表浅、血流减慢、心脏收缩无力、食欲不振、胃肠消化功能差、肌肉萎缩、全身无力等。这样,不仅使病情不容易好转,而且其他疾病也会乘虚而入,或引发新的并发症。而患病之后,经过医生的诊断用药,再配合有效的身体锻练,则有助于循环、呼吸、消化等系统功能的改善,从而提高机体的抗病能力,加快康复。
