变形杆菌广泛分布在自然界,从人粪便、食品和一些物品上均可检出。为革兰氏染色阴性,具有肠道细菌的一般特征,有菌体和鞭毛两种抗原结构。根据生化反应的不同,可将本组细菌分成普通变形杆菌,奇异变形杆菌,莫根变形杆菌和雷极变形杆菌4种。我院近年的大便培养结果显示,阳性率依次为普通、莫根和奇异变形杆菌,雷极变形杆菌较为罕见。这可能与引起食物中毒的病例多为前3种菌有关。在肝硬化病人的腹水中也可培养出变
