肠球菌属是环境中的常居菌群,也是人及动物粪便中常见菌。据报道肠球菌不仅可引起人类心内膜炎、伤口感染和泌尿系感染,还可以引起食物中毒。为了解健康人群粪便中肠球菌菌种的分布情况,我们对齐齐哈尔市服务行业从业人员体检便标本中分离获得的59株肠球菌的菌种构成情况进行了调查。现介绍如下。肠球菌分群鉴定:(1)肠球菌分群用酸化甘露醇、山梨醇、山梨糖和精氨酸脱氨基试验。前3项试验阳性,后1项试验阴性的菌株归入Ⅰ群;前3项阴性后1
Enterococcus is a habitual flora in the environment and is also a common bacterium in human and animal feces. Enterococcus is reported to cause not only endocarditis, wound infection and urinary tract infections but also food poisoning. In order to understand the distribution of Enterococcus species in the feces of healthy people, we investigated the species composition of 59 enterococci isolated from physical examination and stool samples of service workers in Qiqihar city. Now introduced as follows. Enterococcus faecal identification: (1) Enterococcus faecalis acidified mannitol, sorbitol, sorbose and arginine deamination test. The first three tests were positive, the latter one negative test strains were classified as group Ⅰ; the first three negative 1
