在网络快速发展和普及的时代,电子商务专业已成为适应时代发展潮流的新兴专业并且网络信息时代使得电子商务专业越来越受到学生和家长的欢迎。在社会快速发展的今天,如何培养适应社会和企业需求的高水平的电子商务人才成为了各大高校必须思考的问题。现代学徒制是培养高水平的电子商务人才的有效途径之一。本文首先论述了现代学徒制的相关概念,接着分析了目前各大高校电子商务专业现代学徒制的人才培养中存在的问题,最后对电子商务专业现代学徒制的人才培养策略做了深入探讨。
In the era of rapid network development and popularization, the e-commerce major has become a new major that has been adapted to the trend of the times and the e-commerce profession has been increasingly welcomed by students and parents in the era of network information. In the rapid development of society, how to cultivate a high level of e-commerce talents that adapt to the needs of society and enterprises has become a problem that all colleges and universities must consider. Modern apprenticeship is one of the effective ways to cultivate high-level e-commerce talents. This article first discusses the related concepts of modern apprenticeship, and then analyzes the current problems in the cultivation of modern apprenticeship students in major e-commerce major universities. Finally, it discusses in depth the strategy of modern apprenticeship talents cultivation in e-commerce.
