为深化职称改革,逐步完善专业技术职务聘任制度,结合本市卫生工作及技术队伍的实际情况,制定了本市高、中、初级专业技术职务评聘工作的若干意见。该工作目前已向全市各单位作了布置。今年的卫生系列职改工作重点是:开展科学合理设置专业技术岗位;进一步认真做好卫生技术人员考核工作;继续贯彻“坚持标准、保证质量、全面考核、择优晋升”的评聘工作原则。现将有关规定介绍如下:
