乡镇卫生院是农村三级医疗卫生网的枢纽,在农村卫生工作中承担着医疗、预防、计划生育和妇幼保健等重要任务。但是长期以来,大部分乡镇卫生院的建设和发展遇到了困难,某些卫生院面临“关门倒闭”的危险,严重影响了乡镇卫生院职能的发挥和农村卫生工作的开展。因此,针对乡镇卫生院发展的障碍因素,研究使乡镇卫生院摆脱困境的策略是十分必要的。
Township health centers are the hubs of the three-tiered medical and health network in rural areas. They undertake important tasks such as medical care, prevention, family planning, and maternal and child health care in rural health work. However, for a long time, the construction and development of most township health centers have encountered difficulties. Some health clinics are facing the danger of “closed doors and closed doors,” which has seriously affected the functioning of township health centers and the development of rural health work. Therefore, for the obstacles to the development of township hospitals, it is necessary to study the strategies to extricate township hospitals from their predicaments.
