形势分析,又称形势的“诊断”评价或“社区诊断”,是社区卫生规划制定工作的起点。它包括对过去、现在和未来出现或可能出现形势的分析及对这些形势可能产生影响的因素的分析。它需要弄清服务对象的需求,分析居民健康状况及其变动趋势,分析影响居民健康的社会因素和自然条件,以便从中找出区域内主要的卫生问题及影响因素。因此,形势分析的好坏,直接关系到能否制定出符合当地实际情况的卫生规划。本文就如何进行区域卫生规划的形势分析进行讨论。
Situation analysis, also called the “diagnosis” evaluation of the situation or “community diagnosis”, is the starting point for the formulation of community health planning. It includes an analysis of the past, present and future analyses of the situation that may or may have occurred and the factors that may affect these situations. It needs to clarify the needs of the clients, analyze the health conditions of residents and their changing trends, and analyze the social and natural conditions that affect the health of residents so as to identify the major health problems and influencing factors in the region. Therefore, whether the situation analysis is good or bad is directly related to the ability to formulate a health plan that meets the local conditions. This article discusses how to analyze the situation of regional health planning.
