以压缩型弹性联轴器为研究对象,使用 ANSYS 有限元分析软件建立了弹性联轴器压装模拟模型,橡胶材料采用 Mooney-Rivlin 超弹模型,使用橡胶单轴压缩试验拟合得到了橡胶材料 Rivlin 参数,通过摩擦试验测试了不同压装条件下的摩擦系数,分析了压装过程弹性联轴器最大接触应力和平均压缩应力的影响因素。结果表明,法兰内衬孔倒角和摩擦系数对压装最大接触应力均有影响;使用有限元计算的弹性联轴器工作扭矩与实测值比较吻合,并确定了法兰内衬孔直径与弹性联轴器平均压缩应力的关系。“,”A kind of compression-type flexible coupling and its press fitting characteristic was stud-ied in this paper.A FEA model was built to simulate the process of pressing fitting.Based on the study of rubber hyper elastic constitutive model and adopting Mooney-Rivlin model as the Hyper e-lasticity Material Model,a finite element analysis of a compression-type flexible bushing through AN-SYS was carried out.The rubber-metal friction coefficient was determined under different conditions. The effect of the socket structure and friction coefficienton,the maximum contact stress and average compress stress of the coupling was analyzed through FEA.It was found that the chamfer of the sock-et and friction coefficient of the rubber had significant impact on the compress stress of the flexible coupling.The torque of testing results was identical with FEA results.The relation of socket struc-ture with maximum contact stress and compress stress was studied.
